Scott Graham is the founder and principal of The Customer Champion. Scott is one of Australia’s most experienced marketing and customer strategy leaders, with a track record leading business growth across a broad array of cultures and product & service categories. Scott has a strong commercial focus, connecting consumer insight to business outcomes and delivering impactful execution.
Scotts key corporate roles were Group Director Worldwide Marketing Strategy Coca Cola, based in Atlanta and Director Strategy Ford South America, with responsibility for Export, Direct Markets and Product Planning, based in Sao Paulo. There he was part of the team that turned Ford around after 16 successive years of losses.Most recently Scott spent 4 years as GM Marketing at NAB Wealth. There he was charged with building the Marketing function, leading a team of 95 and was the executive sponsor of efforts to bring the customer to the heart of MLC. Today Scott leads “The Customer Champion”, in helping client companies grow through customer and marketing strategy. Scott is also a Director of Streetwork, a charity that targets youth at risk and through mentoring support, helps them get their lives back on track.
